If you purchase and pay for a return label but change your mind about returning your item(s), please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you have decided not to use your label and request your shipping refund. Please be sure to include your order number and RMA number (found on the returns portal).
We will process your email in the order it was received. Processing time can be up to 72 Hours. You should expect your shipping fee refund within 48 hours back to your original method of payment once we have processed your email request.
